How can I install the smart door lock?

You can install smart door lock by yourself within 3-5 minutes, You don't need to replace the smart lock only replace the door lock cylinder for help desk

What type of door is suitable for installing lock?

Security door, interior door, wooden door,etc.

How many admin fingerprints can be added?

3 group admin fingerprints.

How to delete all fingerprints?

Please press the wake-up button for 5 seconds to access the settings menu, and then release it. Press the wake-up button repeatedly until the screen says "remove all user FPs," then confirm the admin's fingerprint to complete the process of deleting all user fingerprints.

How many cards can be added?

Twenty cards.

Does the lock support Amazon Alexa?

Only certain countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Brazil, andMexico, have access to Alexa.

What should I do when I receive the lock?

Please register admin fingerprint lock first after receiving the lock.
(Note: Beforesetting admin fingerprint, any finger and remote control can unlock the lock.)

How to add admin fingerprint?

To access the settings menu, press the wake-up button for 5 seconds, then let go.Press the wake-up button repeatedly until the screen says "Add admin FP," verify the admin fingerprint, and then put your finger on the fingerprint sensor to register admin fingerprint, press your fingerprint 3 time during setting.

Where can I find the lock ID?

Please find the lock ID with 8 digits number on the centre of lock, or find it on packing box.
